Privacy Policy

When you create an account we collect your email address and password (stored securely as a hash — we never see it). You may optionally add a display name and shop name. We also keep your plan, monthly usage counts, and subscription status so we can apply the correct limits.

Photos you upload are stored in private storage linked to your account. Only you can view them, through short-lived secure links. We use them solely to generate your listings and show them back to you.

Titles, descriptions, tags, pricing guidance, marketing copy, and product ideas you generate or save are stored in your account so you can view, copy, and manage them. Other users cannot see your content.

Your account, listings, product ideas, and images are hosted with Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Access rules ensure each account can only read and change its own data.

When you generate a listing, your product photo and the options you choose are sent to an AI model to analyze the image and write content. Product idea requests send your chosen category, theme, customer, and marketplace. This data is processed only to return your results. AI output can be inaccurate, so please review it before use.

Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and never touch or get stored on our servers. We receive your subscription status, billing period, and a customer reference so we can grant Pro access. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment information you give them.

We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in, remember your in-progress listing, and keep the service secure. Our providers may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and error logs to run and protect the service. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your personal information.

We keep your data while your account is open. Downgrading to Free does not delete your saved work. You can delete individual listings and ideas at any time in the app. To delete your whole account and all associated data, email Thegrahamscreations@gmail.com or use our contact form from the email on your account. We will confirm and process the request within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to make a request.
