Terms of Service

ListLaunch AI provides AI-generated ecommerce assistance: product listing titles, descriptions, tags, pricing guidance, marketing content, and product ideas based on the photos and options you provide.

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing every title, description, tag, price, and piece of marketing content before publishing or using it, including checking it is accurate about your product.

We do not guarantee sales, search rankings, traffic, conversions, or that any marketplace will approve your listings. Pricing suggestions are general guidance only, not financial advice.

You must own or have permission to use every image and design you upload. Do not upload content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights. You keep ownership of your uploads and your generated content, and give us permission to process them only to provide the service.

You must follow the policies of every platform where you use our content, including Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, and any other marketplace or social network.

You may not:

• upload illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing content;
• create misleading, deceptive, or counterfeit listings;
• try to bypass usage limits, share accounts, or resell access;
• scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or attack the service;
• use the service to violate any law or third-party rights.

The Free plan includes limited monthly usage. Pro is a recurring monthly subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown on our Pricing page until you cancel. Usage limits reset each billing month and unused usage does not roll over. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change prices or features with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse the service, or fail to pay. Where reasonable we will give notice first.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

We may update these terms and will note the date above.
