Refund & Cancellation Policy

ListLaunch AI Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Customers may cancel at any time through Manage Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals, and Pro access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

Open your dashboard or the Pricing page and choose Manage Subscription. From there you can cancel, update your payment method, and view invoices.

• Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
• You keep full Pro access until that date, and your dashboard shows when Pro ends.
• After that, your account automatically returns to the Free plan and you won't be charged again.
• Your saved listings and product ideas are never deleted when you downgrade.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Customers who believe they were charged incorrectly, including duplicate or unauthorized charges, should contact support so the charge can be reviewed.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry it for a short period and you keep Pro while it retries. Please update your card through Manage Subscription. If payment still can't be collected, your account returns to Free.
